The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.49 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 87.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.87 per cent at Rs 45.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 51.92 per cent to Rs 40.29 crore from Rs 26.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 71.43 per cent to Rs 5.04 crore as against Rs 2.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.53 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 85.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 72.31 per cent at Rs 1.12 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.65 crore).
