The government’s offer for sale (OFS) in Central Bank of India opened for subscription on Friday for institutional investors, with the stake sale priced at Rs 31 per share.

The Centre plans to divest a 4 per cent stake in the public sector lender, along with a greenshoe option to sell an additional 4 per cent stake if demand remains strong. The issue will open for retail investors on Monday.
