Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 23, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved/took note of the following matters:\r\n1. Approved Standalone Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 31st March, 2026 and Results for the Half year and year ended 31st March, 2026.\r\n2. Approved Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 31st March, 2026 and Results for the Half year and year ended 31st March, 2026.\r\n3. Approved Variation in Utilisation of IPO Proceeds\r\n4. With the permission of the Chairperson, took note of and ratified the utilisation of savings in IPO issue expenses and variation in project capacity as an item of Any Other Business.
