The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.97 per cent at Rs 10.51 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.03 per cent to Rs 4.53 crore from Rs 7.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 114.29 per cent at Rs 1.50 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 59.04 per cent to Rs 5.98 crore as against Rs 3.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 67.57 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 242.31 per cent at Rs 1.78 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.52 crore).
