The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.44 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 263.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 7905.56 per cent at Rs 28.82 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 817.90 per cent to Rs 23.59 crore from Rs 2.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 48.12 per cent at Rs 2.76 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 336.65 per cent to Rs 5.23 crore as against Rs -2.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 102.98 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 360.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.46 crore
