The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.86 per cent at Rs 96.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.61 per cent to Rs 89.98 crore from Rs 75.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 95.67 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 137.01 per cent to Rs 6.66 crore as against Rs 2.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 93.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 449.06 per cent at Rs 1.85 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.53 crore).
