This is to inform you that on the recommendation of Audit Committee that the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held today i.e. 29th May, 2026 has approved the appointment of M/s. Nimessh M. Shah & Co., Practicing Chartered Accountant, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27 , in accordance with the provision of Section 138 of Companies Act , 2013 read with the rules made thereunder.
