The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 68.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.67 per cent at Rs 70.61 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 83.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.89 per cent to Rs 69.50 crore from Rs 82.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 83.75 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.91 per cent to Rs 1.11 crore as against Rs 1.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 19.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 134.02 per cent at Rs -0.33 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.97 crore).
