The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.08 crore compared to net profit of Rs 2.27 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.82 per cent at Rs 10.54 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.70 per cent to Rs 11.85 crore from Rs 9.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 94.74 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 151.79 per cent to Rs -1.30 crore as against Rs 2.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 159.43 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 26.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 183.33 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.06 crore).
