The Chairman informed the Board that Mr. Deepanshu Mittal, an associate member of ICSI be and is hereby appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer and designated as KMP pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and any amendments thereto, with effect from 04th June, 2026.
