Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A of Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has filed the Application before NCLT Bengaluru Bench to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (application to adjudicating authority) Rules, 2016.
