We wish to inform you that the Board of Director of M/s Eco Recycling Limited (\Company\) vide its resolution passed by circulation today i.e. June 22, 2026 has considered and approved the preferential allotments of 3,00,000 (Three Lacs) fully convertible warrant into 3,00,000 (Three Lacs) equity shares of Rs. 10 at a price of Rs. 411 (at premium of Rs. 401) to promoter and promoter group.
