The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.96 per cent at Rs 17.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 66.16 per cent to Rs 13.06 crore from Rs 7.86 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 26.57 per cent to Rs 4.43 crore as against Rs 3.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 44.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 48.08 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.52 crore).
