Asian Hotels (East) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary namely Novak Hotels Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, has exercised the Buy Option under the Framework Agreement dated 11th August, 2023, as amended, to acquire Hyatt Regency Mumbai hotel from Asian Hotels (West) Ltd, New Delhi.
