The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 200.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 122.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.97 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.32 per cent at Rs 1,450.93 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,096.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.95 per cent to Rs 1,111.35 crore from Rs 868.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.31 per cent at Rs 25.03 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 21.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 48.94 per cent to Rs 339.58 crore as against Rs 228.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.55 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 59.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 32.78 crore, while Taxation increased by 59.91 per cent at Rs 68.57 crore (Jun'25 Rs 42.88 crore).
