The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 33.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.40 per cent at Rs 119.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 162.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.80 per cent to Rs 73.99 crore from Rs 98.39 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.56 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.85 per cent to Rs 45.79 crore as against Rs 64.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 12.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.95 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.31 per cent at Rs 8.68 crore (Jun'25 Rs 14.79 crore).
