The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.22 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 23.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.14 per cent at Rs 245.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 248.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.17 per cent to Rs 235.79 crore from Rs 228.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 13.13 per cent at Rs 3.77 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 52.83 per cent to Rs 13.15 crore as against Rs 27.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.32 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 49.30 per cent at Rs 3.97 crore (Jun'25 Rs 7.83 crore).
