Black Rose Ind. has declared 125% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Black Rose Industries Ltd. on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 125 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 02 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 02 September 2026.

The last five dividends are 10% Special dividend (Ex Date : 22 September 2025), 55% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 September 2025), 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 26 May 2025), 200% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 09 August 2024) and 10% Special dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2024).
