The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.43 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 32.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.83 per cent at Rs 920.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 830.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.78 per cent to Rs 854.24 crore from Rs 771.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 56.54 per cent at Rs 2.16 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.48 per cent to Rs 66.23 crore as against Rs 59.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.70 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 11.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 19.82 crore, while Taxation increased by 2688.00 per cent at Rs 6.97 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.25 crore).
