The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 107.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 96.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.30 per cent at Rs 883.58 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,043.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.17 per cent to Rs 777.01 crore from Rs 949.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.47 per cent at Rs 75.33 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 64.68 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.87 per cent to Rs 106.57 crore as against Rs 93.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34.45 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 24.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 37.41 per cent at Rs 40.15 crore (Jun'25 Rs 29.22 crore).
