The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.63 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 76.07 per cent at Rs 129.34 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 75.07 per cent to Rs 108.44 crore from Rs 61.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 41.90 per cent at Rs 1.47 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 81.42 per cent to Rs 20.90 crore as against Rs 11.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.06 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 69.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 68.75 per cent at Rs 4.32 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.56 crore).
