The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.20 per cent at Rs 17.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.92 per cent to Rs 15.39 crore from Rs 15.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.52 per cent to Rs 1.87 crore as against Rs 2.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.21 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 850.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.02 crore).
