The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.22 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.69 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.26 per cent at Rs 81.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.06 per cent to Rs 77.75 crore from Rs 74.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 83.96 per cent at Rs 0.89 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 5.55 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 427.36 per cent to Rs 3.47 crore as against Rs -1.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 396.53 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 30.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
