The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.65 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.38 per cent at Rs 81.16 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 69.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.01 per cent to Rs 71.81 crore from Rs 62.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.17 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 28.22 per cent to Rs 9.36 crore as against Rs 7.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.12 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 19.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 87.60 per cent at Rs 2.27 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.21 crore).
