The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 19.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 43.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.70 per cent at Rs 155.89 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.12 per cent to Rs 107.53 crore from Rs 92.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 445.19 per cent at Rs 7.36 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.00 per cent to Rs 48.37 crore as against Rs 40.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 6.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 53.21 per cent at Rs 12.87 crore (Jun'25 Rs 8.40 crore).
