The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.05 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 76.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.63 per cent at Rs 12.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.55 per cent to Rs 12.39 crore from Rs 14.50 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 71.43 per cent to Rs 0.08 crore as against Rs 0.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.79 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.05 crore).
