The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.28 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.76 per cent at Rs 78.26 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.88 per cent to Rs 71.68 crore from Rs 59.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.57 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.10 per cent to Rs 6.58 crore as against Rs 7.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.91 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 21.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.50 per cent at Rs 1.31 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.33 crore).
