The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 29.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.35 per cent at Rs 110.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 106.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.02 per cent to Rs 77.44 crore from Rs 64.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.53 per cent at Rs 5.02 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 3.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.02 per cent to Rs 33.19 crore as against Rs 41.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.35 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 20.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.83 per cent at Rs 8.70 crore (Jun'25 Rs 9.98 crore).
