The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.33 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 38.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.55 per cent at Rs 100.68 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.22 per cent to Rs 97.52 crore from Rs 86.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 45.45 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.80 per cent to Rs 3.17 crore as against Rs 2.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.56 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 77.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.14 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.70 crore).
