The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 13.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.67 per cent at Rs 176.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 197.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.95 per cent to Rs 143.03 crore from Rs 158.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 4.72 per cent at Rs 2.42 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.64 per cent to Rs 33.18 crore as against Rs 38.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 25.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 21.60 per cent at Rs 3.34 crore (Jun'25 Rs 4.26 crore).
