The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 321.40 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 338.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.53 per cent at Rs 2,347.42 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,104.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.93 per cent to Rs 1,761.72 crore from Rs 1,532.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.82 per cent at Rs 34.25 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 42.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.44 per cent to Rs 585.70 crore as against Rs 571.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.17 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 17.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 43.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.62 per cent at Rs 115.87 crore (Jun'25 Rs 110.75 crore).
