The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 146.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 83.18 per cent at Rs 286.36 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 156.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 82.86 per cent to Rs 261.55 crore from Rs 143.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 55.00 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 86.40 per cent to Rs 24.81 crore as against Rs 13.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.76 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 67.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 110.79 per cent at Rs 2.93 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.39 crore).
