Pursuant to Regulation 10(5) of SEBI( Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an intimation from Mrs. Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal, Promoter of the Company, in relation to the proposed acquisition of 1,53,375 equity shares, by way of gift, from her son, Mr. Rajeev Reniwal, also being a promoter of the company.
