Dreamfolks Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has received favourable Order dated October 14, 2026 from the Office of the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise (Appeals-II), Mumbai, 3rd Floor, CGST Bhavan, Plot No. C-24, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai-400051 (Appellate Authority) setting aside the GST Demand Order from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Division -VI CGST & Central Excise, Mumbai East Commissionerate dated August 31, 2024 imposing the demand of Rs. 1,35,09,720 /- plus applicable interest plus penalty of Rs. 13,50,972/- under provisions of applicable GST Law(s).
