The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.51 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 101.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 51.65 per cent at Rs 203.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 134.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 49.24 per cent to Rs 192.13 crore from Rs 128.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 12.31 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.65 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 107.14 per cent to Rs 11.60 crore as against Rs 5.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.45 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 4.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.89 crore, while Taxation increased by 131.68 per cent at Rs 2.34 crore (Sep'25 Rs 1.01 crore).
