The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 444.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 764.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.59 per cent at Rs 670.14 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 595.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 369.53 per cent to Rs 93.53 crore from Rs 19.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 95.81 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 3.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.23 per cent to Rs 576.61 crore as against Rs 575.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.98 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 35.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 55.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 132.76 per cent at Rs 75.18 crore (Sep'25 Rs -229.52 crore).
