The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 557.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 318.52 per cent at Rs 4.52 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 201.72 per cent to Rs 3.50 crore from Rs 1.16 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 1375.00 per cent to Rs 1.02 crore as against Rs -0.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 402.15 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 80.00 per cent at Rs -0.04 crore (Sep'25 Rs -0.20 crore).
