In furtherance to our earlier intimations dated April 1, 2026 and April 11, 2026, the timeline for the completion of the Phase II of the transfer / sale of balance portion of land of 6.48 acres situated at Podanur to G Square Properties Pvt Ltd is estimated to extend till March 31, 2027, based on the progress of the needed government approvals. This intimation is given pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
