The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 6.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 89.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.76 per cent at Rs 15.51 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.94 per cent to Rs 11.11 crore from Rs 8.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 209.80 per cent at Rs 1.58 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.44 per cent to Rs 4.40 crore as against Rs 4.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.86 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 11.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 4.80 crore (Sep'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
