The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 67.02 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 75.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 48.76 per cent at Rs 27.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.56 per cent to Rs 23.47 crore from Rs 31.53 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.52 per cent at Rs 71.62 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 64.80 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 81.25 per cent to Rs 4.22 crore as against Rs 22.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.41 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 17.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.24 per cent at Rs 5.03 crore (Sep'25 Rs 8.56 crore).
