This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 26th March 2020, regarding temporary closure of manufacturing operations at Ludhiana in the state of Punjab and offices of the Company located at different places in India in compliance with the directions given by State/Central Govt. to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19.

In this regard, we would like to inform the Exchanges that the Company has got permission from the concerned authorities in the States of Punjab for resumption of manufacturing operations of its Unit situated at Ludhiana subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. Accordingly, in compliance with the permission given by the concerned authorities, the Company has started partial operations in its Unit situated at Ludhiana, Punjab.
