with reference to earlier announcement, Mirc Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that in a view of the agitation resorted to by workmen of one of the plants of the Company at Wada, Village-Kudus, Dist. Thane, the management has issued a lockout notice in respect of the said plant effective from January 16, 2010. The management is confident of restoring normalcy shortly.
