Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2010, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.95 paise per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2009-10 subject to the approval of members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
