Rudra Global Infra Products Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 05 September 2023, has recommended the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1.

Meanwhile, shares of company were trading at Rs 119.40 apiece, up 1.10 per cent, on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
