Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our letter dated 6th September, 2023 the Board of Directors vide their meeting held today have accepted the offer for purchase of leasehold rights for the Company's land of Asarwa Mills, Ahmedabad, Gujarat from M/s. Shantinath Developers having their office at 203 Shashwat Complex, Opp. HDFC House, Nr. Mithakhali Six Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad- 380009 for a consideration of Rs. 101.00 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and One Crores Only) subject to necessary approvals.
