The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.37 per cent at Rs 38.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.29 per cent to Rs 34.81 crore from Rs 31.28 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 20.59 per cent to Rs 3.51 crore as against Rs 4.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.01 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.74 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.97 crore).
