The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 13.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.92 per cent at Rs 49.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.69 per cent to Rs 34.58 crore from Rs 33.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 106.21 per cent at Rs 6.31 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 21.83 per cent to Rs 14.68 crore as against Rs 18.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.79 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 58.99 per cent at Rs 1.94 crore (Dec'23 Rs 4.73 crore).
