The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.36 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 6.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 89.57 per cent at Rs 9.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 90.40 per cent to Rs 6.95 crore from Rs 72.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.58 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 85.78 per cent to Rs 2.25 crore as against Rs 15.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.42 per cent in December quarter.
