The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.14 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.80 per cent at Rs 32.77 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.22 per cent to Rs 29.31 crore from Rs 31.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.08 per cent to Rs 3.46 crore as against Rs 3.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.83 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 43.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.50 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.88 crore).
