The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.89 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 67.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.32 per cent at Rs 53.30 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.69 per cent to Rs 56.18 crore from Rs 74.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.48 per cent at Rs 5.83 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 6.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.94 per cent to Rs -2.88 crore as against Rs -4.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.94 per cent in December quarter.
